4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The flashcard content on ATLAS Guidelines was initially generated using artificial intelligence (AI) tools that extracted and reformatted recommendations from publicly available medical society guidelines. All flashcard decks have been reviewed by a cardiology fellow to assess accuracy and educational value prior to publication. However, despite this review process, errors or inaccuracies may exist. Users are encouraged to verify information against the original published guidelines. If you identify an error or inaccuracy in any flashcard, please contact us at ATLASguidelines@gmail.com so we can correct it promptly.

5. User Accounts

You may use portions of the Service without creating an account. To save your progress across sessions, you must create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, layout, and original content of ATLAS Guidelines, including but not limited to the website structure, branding, and organizational framework, are the property of ATLAS Guidelines. The underlying medical guideline content belongs to the respective medical societies and organizations that published those guidelines. We do not claim ownership of any guideline content. The flashcard format and presentation of that content represents our own educational work product.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to reproduce or distribute flashcard content for commercial purposes without permission, attempt to reverse engineer or scrape the Service, use the Service in any way that could damage or impair its functionality, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ATLAS Guidelines does not warrant that the content is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
